I made a quick judgment on this one. I couldn’t find clear third-party testing info, and that was enough to make me hesitate. If I’m taking supplements, I want those details easy to find upfront.
"Promo code didn’t work at all"
I tried using a discount code from their own site, and it kept saying it wasn’t valid even though the items in my cart matched the offer. I’ve used promo codes on plenty of other sites without this kind of hassle, so this was especially frustrating. Support just sent a generic reply and didn’t actually help fix it. The whole checkout experience was annoying, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

"Why is it so hard to buy what I need?"
I’ve tried ordering from naturesway.com a few times now, and it feels like the vitamins I actually use are never in stock. I’ll sign up for the alerts, then by the time I check, they’re either gone again or still unavailable. It’s such a simple thing, I just want to reorder the same stuff I take regularly, but somehow it turns into a hassle every time. The site itself is fine, but that doesn’t really help much if I can’t buy what I came there for...

I tried to place an order, but the website kept freezing and every page took forever to load. The cart was confusing too, so I wasn’t even totally sure what was going on half the time. I also reached out for support and basically got a generic copy-paste response that didn’t help at all, which just made it more annoying. After a while, I gave up. It wasn’t worth the hassle

"Shipping took forever and I felt kind of dumb"
I ordered from naturesway.com thinking it would show up in a few days, but it ended up taking almost two weeks. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I kept checking it like something was going to change. i felt a little embarrassed because I had told myself ordering online would be easier, but I ended up having to go buy the same stuff at a store anyway. If shipping is going to be that slow, I’m not sure it’s worth ordering online.

I tried one of their supplements and wow, what a mistake. My stomach started bloating up the same day, then the cramps hit, and I felt gross for about two days after. Maybe it works for some people, but my digestion clearly had zero patience for this little nonsense pill. Definitely not taking it again.

I tried checking out and the payment page froze on me twice. Then when I finally got back in, my discount had disappeared. At that point I was just done. Customer service hit me with one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” replies, which made it more annoying...

"Too inconsistent for me now"
I used to buy Nature’s Way often, but lately it feels like the quality is hit or miss. One bottle seems totally fine, then the next one has a weird smell or the capsules look different. Maybe it’s nothing, but I’m not really comfortable taking chances with supplements, so I’ve backed off from buying it. For the price, I just don’t feel like I can trust it anymore.

I bought this thinking it was going to be a more natural option, but then I actually looked closer at the ingredients. Ugh. It definitely wasn’t what I had in mind, and I felt a little misled. Nope. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

I was a little disappointed by how much plastic packaging came with this (especially for a product I expected to feel more sustainable). The item itself was fine, but the packaging kind of took away from the whole eco-friendly vibe for me. I just expected better from them...

I got these vitamins they just didn’t feel fresh. There was a weird smell when I opened them, and then I noticed the expiration date was way too close. Like, give me a break, if I’m paying for vitamins, I expect something with a decent shelf life. I won’t be ordering these from here again.
